Firing Rules control when an event fires. You can set Firing Rules so that an event fires only when a user visits a specific page on your website, or when a user visits a type of page (such as viewing a product page).
TIP: Use * as a wildcard to match any path value.
|Path||Description / Example|
|* or /*||
Fire on all pages - * is a wildcard and means all values
This is powerful if you want a general, but we recommend setting rules that are more specific.
|/||Fires ONLY on page / (homepage)|
|/contact||Fires ONLY on page /contact|
Fires on ALL pages STARTING with /user
example: "/user/1235" or "/user/profile"
Fires on ALL pages STARTING with /product/
example: "/product/1235ABC" or "/product/blue-jeans"
Fires on ALL pages containing the pattern /category/*/product/
